Diamkan 10menit, kemudian digoreng hingga matang dan sisihkan.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;BAHAN II&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2buah Lombok besar, iris serong&lt;br /&gt;1buah Bawang bombay, iris panjang&lt;br /&gt;5buah Bawang putih, cincang halus&lt;br /&gt;1botol Saus tomat&lt;br /&gt;2sdm Kecap manis&lt;br /&gt;wortel, iris seperti korek api&lt;br /&gt;Nanas potong kotak kotak secukupnya&lt;br /&gt;Buah pea´s secukupnya&lt;br /&gt;Tepung terigu/tapioka&lt;br /&gt;Gula&lt;br /&gt;Merica&lt;br /&gt;Air kaldu seckupnya&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;CARA MEMBUAT&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tumis bawang bombay dan bawang putih hingga layu. Tiriskan.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tumis bumbu halus, jangan terlalu lama. Aduk rata, lalu masukkan air sedikit demi sedikit, uleni sampai tidak melekat dan licin.&lt;br /&gt;Tutup dengan plastik/serbet basah (usahakan peras hingga airnya tidak menetes).&lt;br /&gt;Biarkan di tempat hangat hingga mengembang 2 kali lipat.&lt;br /&gt;Tipiskan adonan 1/2cm, bulatkan dengan diameter 30cm, sisakan bagian tepi setinggi 1cm.&lt;br /&gt;Kemudian simpan di atas loyang yang telah diolesi dengan minyak, tusuk tusuk bagian tengahnya, supaya tidak mengembang.&lt;br /&gt;Panggang dalam oven 200 Derajat Celcius dalam 10 menit saja, cukup setengah matang.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;SAUS TOMAT&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;500gr Tomat Juice, diparut&lt;br /&gt;2sdm Pasta Tomat&lt;br /&gt;2 siung Bawang putih, Cincang&lt;br /&gt;75gr Bawang bombay, Cincang&lt;br /&gt;1/2sdt Garam&lt;br /&gt;1/2sdt Gula pasir&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;CARA MEMBUAT&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tumis bawang putih dan bawang bombay sampai layu, lalu masukkan tomat, pasta tomat, garam dan gula, aduk rata, masak hingga matang dan kental.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;ISI&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;200gr Daging sapi cincang&lt;br /&gt;15 buah Jamur merang, belah jadi 2&lt;br /&gt;1 buah Paprika, iris bulat&lt;br /&gt;1 Siung Bawang putih cincang&lt;br /&gt;50gr Bawang bombay cincang&lt;br /&gt;1/4sdt Oregano&lt;br /&gt;1/4sdt Basil&lt;br /&gt;100cc Air&lt;br /&gt;100gr Keju Mozarella, iris iris&lt;br /&gt;2sdm Keju parut&lt;br /&gt;2 buah Kaldu blok (ini hanyalah pilihan)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CARA MEMBUAT&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tumis bawang putih dan bawang bombay hingga layu, lalu masukkan daging cincang, jamur, paprika, kaldu, oregano dan basil. MARGIN: 0px 10px 10px 0px; CURSOR: hand" alt="" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_kKz-x_Rbvzg/RYf6C15BzWI/AAAAAAAAAAc/R7ETHaQSDlo/s400/images.jpg" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt; 5ooml Sahne (cream) dan bubuk pengeras&lt;br /&gt;250gr Mascarpone&lt;br /&gt;Gula halus secukupnya&lt;br /&gt;Beberapa bungkus Löffel biskuit/lady finger biscuit&lt;br /&gt;Semangkuk minuman kopi&lt;br /&gt;Coklat bubuk untuk ditaburkan&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CARA MEMBUATNYA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Kocok/mixer cream hingga mengembang, masukan gula dan bubuk pengeras cream sambil terus di kocok.&lt;br /&gt;kemudian masukan Mascarpone lambatkan kecepatan mixer.&lt;br /&gt;Setelah semua tercampur, celupkan Finger biscuit ke dalam minuman kopi satu persatu.&lt;br /&gt;Atur tata letak biscuit dalam wadah, hingga dasarnya tertutupi.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tuang sebagian adonan Mascarpone diatasnya hingga menutupi jajaran biscuit dibawahnya.&lt;br /&gt;Atur kembali biscuit yang telah dicelupkan satu persatu ke dalam minuman kopi, diatas adonan mascarpone.
